Anna's band camp and Cherisa's visit

From the 24th to the 28th Anna had a band camp. She had a great time and learned a lot. At the end of the week she gave a good concert.

My sister, Cherisa, was able to come visit for a long weekend. She arrived at midnight on the 27th and was stayed Fri, Sat, and Sun, flying out early Monday morning. It was really good to see her. We talk often but it's a little more fun in person. AND she brought her baby, Malcolm. Malcolm turned 1 on Friday, the 28th. We used the other half of Nathan's cake to celebrate Malcolm's first birthday. He really enjoyed his cake and our family loved having a baby in the house. Sarah kept saying,"He's so adorable, can we keep him?" She was a little disappointed to learn he had to return home with his mother.

Cherisa was able to attend Anna's program and then we came home to celebrate Malcolm's birthday.
