Fun at the park 1.14.2012

After taking Rachel to horn lessons this morning Jake's "check engine" light came on. I stopped at Lithia to have them check it out. Jason and the rest of the kids came to pick us up. I thought we'd go straight home, we didn't. They brought a football and we went to the park.

We have had no snow since the first week of October. The high mountains are bare and the place is DRY! But the weather is lovely. Highs in the low 50's allow for some nice outings. We played in the park then came home and had lunch. Jason took Rachel and Nathan shooting for a little bit. Then Rae got her hair trimmed and did a short driving lesson.

Darik was using his knife and cut himself. I took him to Urgent Care and he received two stitches on his right hand ring finger. He handled it very well, with no crying or hysterics.
