Awesome August 21st

This was the day we headed to the beach!! Everyone loves the beach! And it was our first time playing in the Atlantic ocean. We can now say we've played in the Pacific Ocean, the Gulf of Mexico, and the Atlantic. Not too shabby! It wasn't exceptionally hot that day and it's always breezy at the seashore so most of us stayed out of water, but there were a few brave souls.

There's a nice restroom to clean up at and change in when you're done with the beach. Then you can use the play equipment to entertain the children as you cycle them through the shower and changing room.

Across the street from the beach is a small amusement area with a few shops and a carousel. We took the kids to ride the carousel before leaving. The "waiting" area for the carousel was a "teacup".
