Odds and ends

To put in the new shower Jason had to jackhammer the concrete to move the drain. We had to rent the jackhammer for a minimum of 4 hours. So we decided to use it to pull up the concrete in front of the house. We poured that back in the summer of 2007 to give the kids a place to ride their trikes. Now that we have the patio in the back yard we don't need that concrete in the front. So Jason broke that up also and we carted it off to the dump on Friday.


Last night Sarah let me do this for her hair last night before eating ice cream. Isn't it cute?
