Monday we OMSI. We had a great time there. We got to see some IMAX movies. Some went to see Dinosaurs Alive and others visited the Hubbell space station. All the usual exhibits were fun to revisit. OMSI is a perennial favorite for our family. Jae ditched us for the afternoon to work for a little while. After dinner we got to do a little swimming at the hotel. I am only including links to the album for the event mentioned.
Tuesday morning was spent taking family pictures. Then we split up into older and younger groups. Dad went back to work in the afternoon at the hotel. Grampa Ski, Rachel, Nathan and Anna went to see the movie Percy Jackson and the Lightening Theif while Gramma Ski, Celina, Miller Grampa and mom took Jaron, Darik, Caleb, Sarah and Megan to Pump it Up Jr. Tuesday night after dinner everyone hung out without mom who went to visit friends from the area.
Wednesday morning turned out not to be raining. So we made a mad dash to the zoo. The rain held off until the afternoon. It was a wee bit chilly (translated - COLD) but we enjoyed ourselves none-the-less. Dad didn't join us for that adventure but met up with us in the afternoon. Dad, Grampa Ski, Rachel, Nathan, Anna, Jaron and Darik went to see How to Tame a Dragon. Celina and Miller Grampa went to take care of a few things that needed doing. Mom, Gramma Ski, Caleb, Sarah and Megan went back to Pump it Up Jr. Then we ran a few errands. After dinner we hit the pool again.
Thursday there was no rain - YEAH! So we headed to the ocean. We started in Seaside with the boardwalk and carousel. Then down to Cannon Beach for lunch at Mo's and playing on the sand. It was not raining but it was high tide and very windy, a cold wind. We only lasted about 2 hours and then we packed up and headed down to Tillamook. We toured the cheese factory and got ice cream. We got home late and Celina, who had had to work, prepared wonderful taco soup for dinner.

Friday we packed up and hit the road. Home is a great place to end a vacation. Saturday was spent grocery shopping, unpacking, etc. Sunday we had Jason's family over to celebrate several things. Obviously, Easter. But it is also Bill's birthday. Holden's 6th birthday is tomorrow and Caleb's 4th birthday is Wednesday so we celebrated all of these events.
