Our week 10/25-10/29

On Tuesday Nathan had his last cross country meet. Gramma Lindh came to see it. He did a great job. I'm not sure of his time, as usual, but he looked good running out there. Then Rachel had her last home performance at the U-Hi football game Thursday night which was also Jason's 37th birthday. Gramma Lindh came to town again and brought pizza and cupcakes to celebrate.
Happy Birthday babe!

Friday morning U-Hi had trick-or-treating at the high school so Jason and I braved the crowds, and boy, were there crowds, and took the three kids to stock up on some candy.
Audrey wasn't very happy about the number of people there. We found her sister, Amelia, a freshman, and even her presence wasn't enough to coax a smile out of her.
Audrey.

Audrey and Amelia. Not really cooperating with the camera.

We also found Rae, dressed as Indiana Jones.

All who participated seemed to have a good time.

Friday night was the ward chili competition and trunk-or-treating. We brought a werewolf,

a dragon,

a pegasus,
(She wouldn't stand for the full shot.)
a big sister pegasus twin,

an army guy,

a crazy clown,

and Indiana Jones.

Group photos.

What a cute family. Looks like you guys had a great Halloween. Are you still in Washington? Trying to move now?

What creative and cute costumes! The pegasuses were super cute. The dragon, army guy and werewolf were all very scary. And the clown looks like he's found his true self! But isn't Indiana Jones getting a little old to dress up (nevermind we had "kids" older than Rach holding out bags in hope of candy at our Trunk-r-Treat)?

We were bad and went candy-seaking on the real Halloween...
