Sarah's 5th birthday

Sarah turned 5 on the 18th of February. It was President's Day so there was no school for all my older kids. Funny enough, Sarah did have school. Her preschool follows a different district's calendar and they switch years in observing either MLK, Jr Holiday or President's Day. This year they took off for MKL, Jr day in January so there was school for Sarah on her birthday.

She got to bring the snack for the day and she chose the fat sugar cookies you buy at the store with all the bright frosting and sprinkles. After we picked her up from school we ran a few errands and then met Jason at Chuck E. Cheese, a perennial favorite.

After fun at Chuck E Cheese's we headed across the street to The Olive Garden for a nice dinner together. As we pulled into the parking lot we saw a beautiful rainbow.

Then home to have cake and presents.

Happy Birthday to our last five year old. Kindergarten, here she comes!

Two weeks before her birthday her school had a circus parade. Her class were the lions. They had a parade and then each class did some tricks.
