Happy New Year 2010

We had a fun night of waiting up to welcome in the new year. We started off by watching a movie together - Ice Age, Dawn of the Dinosaurs. Then it was time for playing a little Lego Rock Band. While some were playing that game, others entertained themselves with balloons and gymnastics. Then around 11:15 we settled down for some ice cream and playing Apples to Apples Junior. At 11:55 it was off to the television to watch the ball drop. Then it was time for bed, yeah! The kids had fun, and so did the parents, but the parents sure were tired.

Today we took down the tree and decorations and put our home back in order. Then I took the kids to see The Chipmunks movie. Jason stayed home with Sarah and Caleb cuz that's not their cup of tea. The rest of the day was spent hanging out as a family, pretty low key. We hope you each have a wonderful 2010.

As a side note, the kids received their Christmas gifts from their Aunt Nicci on Thursday. Didn't she do a great job?
