We enjoyed our afternoon playing outside as a family today. Rachel took this short video of Jason showing off on the trampoline. After a few rounds of duck, duck, goose played on the trampoline and jumping with dad we headed into the house to play a little Rock Band. For the most part, this being without a job really stinks. But we are grateful for the greater availability dad has to join us in summer fun.
Yesterday we enjoyed another beautiful evening in the Pacific Northwest as a family. We stopped by the library and collected a couple dozen books. Then it was time to stop by RedBox to get a movie. Next it was off to KFC to purchase our dinner - Thanks to Miller Grampa. We took the "picnic" to the new Discovery park where we ate and played in the cooler evening air.
On the way home, Jason decided to stop by the kids' school to teach the children how to play Crack the Whip. It was decided that it is a game better played with lots of people of the same size. But the stop was salvaged by using all the fun play equipment at Ponderosa. Then back to the house to enjoy a relaxing evening with a family movie. NO pictures this time because I was having too much fun with my family.
